📢 What's New in Version 3.2.2: 1. Optimized Webpage Icon Selection: - Completely replaced the previous sequential icon rotation mechanism with a brand-new "Webpage Icon Selector" modal dialog. Users can now easily browse and manually select their preferred webpage icon from 18 high-quality icon sources. 2. Translation and Localization Polish: - Corrected several inaccurate button labels, panel descriptions, and interactive tooltips to ensure a more natural, accurate, and seamless localized experience for users of all supported languages. 3. Updated the Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with Chrome Web Store developer policies. About STab (S-Tab): STab (S-Tab) is a minimalist, ad-free browser new tab page designed specifically for you. We deeply integrate dual core features—"Website Navigation" and "Quick Bookmark Collection"—to build a clean, highly customized portal for your daily browsing. 🛠️ Key Features: 1. Quick Bookmark Collection (Alt + S): Press Alt + S on any website to bring up the collection window in a second. You can create folder categories and save bookmarks directly within the popup, making it cleaner and more direct than traditional browser bookmarks. 2. Three-Channel Cloud Sync: Built-in with three synchronization paths: Supabase cloud database, personal NAS, and standard WebDAV (supporting Jianguoyun, Koofr, Yandex Disk, etc.). You can choose freely to let your data auto-sync bidirectionally in the background to ensure data safety. 3. Cross-Browser Interoperability: Seamlessly synchronize data across different browsers (such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge). As long as you connect to the same sync channel, your website cards, folder structures, and custom settings will align in real-time. 4. Dual Password Protection (Pattern & Characters): Encrypted folders support both "pattern lock" and "character passwords". Pattern locks allow quick daily access, while character passwords serve as both an alternative unlock method and a password recovery hint, offering a secure yet thoughtful design. 5. Enhanced Privacy for Encrypted Folders: Once encrypted, you can choose to "hide card thumbnails" to prevent visual leakage, "disable global search" to prevent accidental searches, or enable "incognito browsing" to open pages in a private window without recording browser history. 6. Smart Deduplication & Merge: The system automatically filters duplicate links when adding URLs, importing backups, or syncing to the cloud. If folders share the same name, they are merged safely without losing any data. 7. Webpage Icon Selection & Fetching: The system automatically detects and fetches high-resolution site icons when bookmarks are added. You can also click "Change Icon" at any time to preview and select icons from 18 high-quality sources via a dedicated popup. 8. Minimalist Visuals & Free Layout: Enjoy beautiful dynamic daylight/aurora backgrounds and pure white layouts. Cards can be dragged and sorted freely using the handle on the top-left corner. It also supports opening left and right folder panels simultaneously for easy drag-and-drop categorization. 9. Search History & Privacy Control: The multi-functional search bar provides smart and precise suggestions. You can enable or disable search history with one click, or clear history at any time, protecting your search privacy from prying eyes. 10. Silent Background Opening: When clicking on any card in the main grid, folder, or search results, hold the Ctrl key to silently open the link in a background tab without interrupting your current browsing flow.
