Maverto

Maverto is a browser extension that brings your team’s operational knowledge directly into the web tools you already use (admin panels, ERP, CRM, support desks, dashboards). What it does • Shows relevant SOPs, decisions, notes, and updates (release notes / what changed) in a lightweight side panel based on the current page/URL. • Lets users create new knowledge in seconds without leaving the page (including optional screenshots or short screen recordings). • Includes Guides: step-by-step walkthroughs pinned to specific UI elements on a page. When opened, Maverto highlights each element and shows an on-screen tip with Next/Back navigation—perfect for rollouts and onboarding. • Supports workspaces and roles so teams can control who can view or edit content. • Adds ownership and review reminders so important instructions stay up to date and trusted. • Keeps an audit trail of changes for accountability. • Updates auto-archive after 14 days to keep the sidebar fresh. Key benefits • Faster onboarding: new teammates get guidance where the work happens, not in scattered docs. • Fewer operational errors: clear, verified instructions reduce mistakes in repetitive workflows. • Less context switching: no need to search through wikis or chat threads—knowledge appears instantly. • Better knowledge retention: critical know-how doesn’t disappear in Slack or in someone’s head. • Works with any web-based tool: no deep integrations required—install and start using it.
