Mattermost Active Thread Highlighter

Visually highlights the root message of the currently open thread in the center channel. Never lose track of which conversation you're reading. Features - Active thread highlighting — when you open a thread in the right-hand sidebar, its root post in the center channel gets a subtle amber border and background overlay - Configurable domain — works on any self-hosted Mattermost instance, just enter your domain in the popup - Instant detection — uses MutationObserver for immediate reaction to thread changes, with interval polling as fallback - Zero reload apply — changing settings takes effect immediately without page refresh - Lightweight — no external dependencies, minimal DOM footprint, pointer-events passthrough Fixes: - Fixed thread highlight appearing with a ~5 second delay after page load for Chrome Web Store users - Improved extension responsiveness by optimizing how DOM changes are detected - Fixed extension not working after browser restart without reopening settings
