The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About MatTab

Replace the boring new tab page from Chrome with something more beautiful! MatTab enables you to create big shortcut tiles that look stunning. The tiles will even show an optional rss feed. Use a static color, a custom wallpaper or even a regularly updating background to make MatTab your own. Are you a developer? You can help me to improve it: https://github.com/arcs-/MatTab
