MasterFlow helps Webflow users work faster by bringing practical workflow tools into one clean sidebar panel. The extension includes 50+ focused enhancements for everyday site building, content editing, asset management, SEO checks, publishing, localization, project navigation, and quality control. It is designed to reduce repetitive clicks, make complex projects easier to manage, and keep the Designer more comfortable during long work sessions. MasterFlow can be used with a free plan for essential improvements, while the Pro plan unlocks advanced tools for users who need deeper workflow automation, stronger CMS organization, asset optimization, and faster production work. Eligible users can also start a 21-day Pro trial. What MasterFlow does MasterFlow adds a dedicated control panel inside the Webflow Designer. From there, you can enable or disable tools depending on how you work. Settings can be managed globally, customized per project, shared with teammates, and backed up or restored when needed. Designer workflow tools MasterFlow improves daily editing inside the Designer with small, focused controls: - Resize the right sidebar and the Style Selectors, Pages, Components, and Assets panels for more comfortable editing. - Resize Page Settings code editors to give longer code more room. - Open the current page settings faster. - Open SEO, Forms, 301 redirects, and Site usage directly from the Designer file menu. - Copy a static page’s staging URL directly from Page Settings. - Improve the visibility and spacing of Comments, Share, Publish, and Preview controls. - Keep the Settings button in a consistent position in the left sidebar. - Reduce interface clutter by hiding unused buttons, menus, panels, and sections. - Highlight larger breakpoints to avoid styling the wrong view. - Remove entire larger breakpoints or selected class styles at specific breakpoints, with an automatic Webflow snapshot before removal. - Add useful editing helpers for URLs, attributes, CSS properties, rem values, and placeholder text. - Insert common <style> and <script> snippets more quickly in Code Embeds and Page Settings. - Copy and paste complete class stacks between selected elements with keyboard shortcuts. - Reduce duplicated classes and preserve matching interactions when pasting elements between projects. - Import images directly from URLs into the Assets panel. - Crop, resize, and optimize assets, including WebP compression. - Use preset or custom crop ratios, resize limits, and adjustable magnetic snapping in a responsive image editor. - Preserve the original format of WebP and AVIF images. - Set asset ALT text from file names. - Fill image Width and Height fields from original image dimensions. - Copy SVG markup directly from Asset Settings. CMS improvements Large CMS collections can become difficult to scan and maintain. MasterFlow adds tools to make content editing more organized: - Navigate collections and items using Webflow’s native search, arrow keys, Enter, and Backspace, returning without losing your place. - Search CMS fields and field selectors faster. - Display CMS fields in a more compact two-column layout. - Reorder CMS collection items using a number field. - Reorder and resize collection table columns, automatically fit widths to their content, and restore the original layout. - Keep headers and rows aligned during horizontal scrolling, with the first column fixed. - Save your preferred column order for each site and collection across browser restarts. - Search columns in the Pin menu, navigate results with arrow keys, and toggle them with Enter. - Remember the last CMS collection for each project. - Automatically download CSV exports when Webflow makes the file available. - Copy staging URLs from CMS items more easily. - Choose existing Webflow assets directly from CMS image fields. - Crop, resize, rename, and optimize CMS images before using them. - Use the CMS item’s name or slug when renaming image files. - Copy an image or its URL directly from a CMS image field. - Edit image ALT text directly from CMS image fields. - Hide unused CMS interface sections and collection templates when they are not relevant to the project. SEO and publishing helpers MasterFlow includes tools for common technical SEO and release tasks: - Add live character counts and length indicators to SEO and Open Graph fields. - Test JSON-LD schema with Google’s Rich Results Test or Schema.org. - Import 301 redirects from CSV. - Select and delete multiple redirects more efficiently. - Make the Publish and Preview actions easier to see and use. - Add visual safeguards and confirmation before publishing to production. - Reload the staging site automatically after publishing, with an option to open or focus its tab. - Follow publishing progress in the browser tab title and favicon, including the final published confirmation. - Play a notification sound when publishing is complete. Localization and project awareness When working with localized sites, MasterFlow can add a visual color cue to the top bar when a secondary locale is active. You can customize the order of locale colors to match your workflow. The extension also includes project-specific settings, so one site can use a different setup from another without changing your whole workflow. You can share a project’s parameter set, export your settings and Time Tracker data, or restore them from a backup.
