Review every line before sending. • Choose Chrome's built-in AI (free, runs on your computer) or Claude by Anthropic with your own API key. 📋 MAIL MERGE FROM GOOGLE SHEETS OR CSV • Paste rows from Google Sheets or Excel, upload a CSV, import a Google Sheet link, or collect the email addresses shown on a web page. • Every column becomes a merge tag — {{First name}}, {{Company}} — in the subject and the body. • Fallbacks for empty cells: "Hi {{First name|there}}," never becomes "Hi ,". • Invalid addresses, duplicates and people who unsubscribed are removed automatically. ✅ CHECKS BEFORE YOU SEND • Unknown or empty merge tags, identical emails, spam-trigger words, subjects in capitals, too many links and a missing unsubscribe line are flagged before the first email goes out. • Preview the exact email each person will get, and send yourself a test. 🛡️ SAFE BULK SENDING FROM YOUR GMAIL • One email at a time with a random pause between emails. • Stays under Gmail's daily limit (400 a day for Gmail, 1,500 for Google Workspace by default).
