The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Manus Memory Plus
Manus Memory Plus saves web pages you choose in your browser so you can find them later by keyword.
How to use it:
1. Open a web page you want to keep and click the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar. (If the icon is not visible, open the puzzle-piece Extensions menu and select Manus Memory Plus, or pin it.)
2. Click "Save this page" in the popup. The popup shows "Page saved." and the saved-page count increases.
3. You can also right-click an ordinary web page and select "Save this page to Manus Memory Plus". After saving, a confirmation message appears at the bottom right of the page and the toolbar icon shows "OK".
4. Type a keyword in the popup's search box to list saved pages whose title or page text contains it. When you enter several keywords separated by spaces, pages containing any of them are listed, with pages matching more keywords shown first.
5. Click a page in the list to open the original page in a new tab.
6. Click "Delete all" twice in a row to delete all saved pages.
What is saved:
The page URL, title, page text (up to 10,000 characters), saved date and time, and domain name. This data is stored in the extension's own storage area in this browser and is not sent to the developer or to any third-party server. The extension reads page content only when you use the save button or the right-click menu item.
What it does not do:
- Chrome internal pages (such as chrome:// pages), Chrome Web Store pages, and other pages protected by the browser cannot be saved. Saving from the popup shows an error message; saving from the right-click menu shows "!" on the toolbar icon.
- Page text is saved up to 10,000 characters per page.
- Saved data is available only in the same browser profile. There is no sync across devices and no export to a file.
Display languages: English and Japanese (follows the browser's language setting)
