MailView – Gmail Email Tracker, Read Statistics & Proof of Receipt Reports

MailView adds real-time email tracking directly inside Gmail — no extra tabs, no new tools to learn. The moment your email is opened, you know. WHAT YOU GET • Real-time open notifications — see exactly when, how many times, and on what device your email was opened • Live counter in your Gmail toolbar — a subtle pill shows the total open count for the thread you're reading • Full activity feed — a timeline of every open event across all your tracked emails, with timestamps • Sent folder status — see at a glance which emails have been opened across your entire Sent folder • Proof of receipt — generate and download a timestamped PDF certificate proving your email was read HOW IT WORKS When you send an email from Gmail, MailView silently embeds a tracking pixel. When the recipient opens the email, you get an instant notification inside Gmail. No plugins required on the recipient's end. Everything happens inside Gmail — there's no separate dashboard to check, no browser tab to keep open. PRIVACY MailView tracks opens only for emails you send. Recipients are not affected and do not need to install anything.
