MailCat is an AI email reply assistant for Gmail™ that helps you identify questions and requests in the selected message before drafting your reply. Open Reply on the message you want to answer. MailCat shows points that may need your response. Choose a suggestion, write your own answer, or skip a point, then generate an editable draft. You decide when to insert it into Gmail, review it there, and press Send yourself. MailCat never sends email. MailCat works as a user-guided AI email reply generator: you provide the decisions, and it helps turn them into a response. Check facts, dates, names, and commitments before sending. AI can miss a point or produce an inaccurate draft. HOW TO USE MAILCAT 1. Install MailCat and sign in with Google from the toolbar popup. 2. Open Gmail in desktop Chrome and click Reply on the message you choose. 3. Review the response points and select suggestions, write custom answers, or skip points. 4. Add any instructions for the whole reply and generate your draft. 5. Edit the draft, choose Insert reply, review it in Gmail, and send it yourself. WORKS WITH DESKTOP GMAIL MailCat analyzes the visible message you choose to reply to and relevant visible quotations. It does not scan your whole inbox, read attachments, access your calendar, or send email automatically. Outlook and mobile email apps are not supported. TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION A one-time seven-day trial starts when you create an account with Google. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. Deleting and recreating your account with the same Google identity does not restart the trial. After the trial, MailCat Unlimited is offered at USD 9.99 per month. Creem handles checkout and billing as merchant of record and determines the buyer's country, applicable taxes, and final amount at checkout. Unlimited use is subject to fair-use and service-availability safeguards. Cancel future subscription renewals in the MailCat popup; paid access normally continues through the paid period unless a full refund, chargeback, or payment reversal ends access earlier. Confirming account deletion ends MailCat access immediately and starts immediate subscription cancellation, including paid time remaining. Final account deletion waits for linked subscriptions to be canceled and any pending checkout to settle. PRIVACY AND PROCESSING MailCat processes the selected visible message, relevant visible quotations, subject and sender, and the answers or instructions you provide. This content is sent to MailCat's backend and AI providers for the requested reply assistance; AI processing is not local-only. MailCat uses third-party services for account management and AI processing. The processing disclosure must be acknowledged before Gmail analysis. Creem handles payment details; MailCat does not receive card numbers. MailCat does not sell your content or use it for advertising or credit decisions. After account deletion, a private keyed marker of your Google identity remains to enforce the one-time trial.
