Mail Percent

Mail Percent helps teams measure how customer email work is handled in Gmail. The Mail Percent Chrome extension connects an employee’s browser-based Gmail activity with their organisation’s Mail Percent workspace so work patterns can be measured without copying email bodies into the workspace. Mail Percent helps organisations understand operational email activity such as response behaviour, handling activity and workload across their teams. Key features: • Connects Gmail work activity to a Mail Percent workspace • Supports employee participation in organisation email reporting • Measures relevant email-handling activity while employees work • Works alongside the Mail Percent manager and employee workspaces • Designed for organisations with email-heavy teams such as support and sales A Mail Percent account and organisation workspace are required to use this extension.
