Lumora: Ambient Glow for Videos

Lumora fills the space around your video with its own light. The colors at the edges of the picture spill softly onto the page, like a TV with ambient backlighting, so dark scenes feel deeper and bright scenes feel bigger. FREE ON YOUTUBE - Live ambient glow in the default view, theater mode and fullscreen - Black bars are detected automatically and kept out of the light - Adjust intensity, softness, reach, color and smoothness - Frame rate control (24, 30 or 60) for slower laptops - Turn it on or off instantly with Alt+Shift+L - Live preview of the current light in the popup LUMORA PRO - Glow on other video sites too: turn it on for any site with a standard web video player - One-tap looks: Cinema, Vivid, Calm and Gaming - Fill screen: zoom past letterbox bars on ultrawide monitors - Video filters: brightness, contrast, saturation and a soft shadow - 7-day free trial, then $1.99 a month, $9.99 a year, or $19 once for lifetime PRIVATE BY DESIGN Video frames are processed on your device and never uploaded. Lumora has no analytics, no ads and no tracking. The free version needs no account. Pro uses Google sign-in so your purchase follows you, and payments are handled by Stripe. GOOD TO KNOW Streaming services that use DRM copy protection block extensions from reading their video, so the glow cannot appear on those sites. For smooth playback, a dedicated or recent integrated graphics card is recommended. On older machines, set the frame rate to 24. Lumora is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
