LoadTide Freight Helper

LoadTide Freight Helper is a dispatch assistant for trucking dispatchers. It adds helpful information right inside your load board search tab, so you spend less time switching between tabs. What it does: • Broker credit check: shows your factoring company's credit decision, credit limit, rating and average days to pay next to each broker's MC number. You can turn on one or two factoring accounts at the same time (requires your own login with each factoring company). • Fraud alert: when your factoring company flags a broker's identity as stolen, the badge turns red and one click opens a ready identity-check email to your factoring contact. Just type the rate and send. • Market ratio: a load-to-truck ratio for the lane you are searching. • Fuel cost per lane: estimated fuel cost based on current state average diesel prices. • Load calculator: opens with rate, miles, MPG and diesel price filled in. Type the $/mile you want and it shows the rate to ask for, with quick +/- buttons, tolls, driver pay, and profit or break-even. • Only US filter: one checkbox hides loads that pick up or deliver in Canada or Mexico. The setting is remembered. • Reload outlook: how easy it is to find the next load from the delivery area. • Broker email: one click opens a ready-to-send email to the broker with the load details and your reference ID. • Rate confirmation tracker: drop a rate confirmation PDF (including scanned ones) and the extension reads pickup, delivery, rate and reference numbers. Text recognition runs entirely on your computer; the file is never uploaded. • Driver updates: send the load details to your driver through the messaging app or email you choose, with status-based message templates and reminders before appointments. • Detention tracking: keeps time at pickup and delivery and helps you request detention. • Optional ELD connection to show truck location on a load. Privacy: Your settings, drivers and loads are stored in your browser. Credit checks use your own factoring login in this browser and are sent only to your factoring company. The extension only contacts the services you turn on, and only after you grant permission.
