Open a video on Netflix or YouTube and turn on the platform's Closed Captions (CC). 3. Click the Live Dubbing icon to open the control panel. 4. Turn on the "AI Dubbing Engine" switch. 5. Select your preferred voice from the "System TTS" tab, or switch to the "Built-in AI" tab for offline mode. 6. Enjoy the real-time dubbed audio.
