Four tools for every IFS Cloud list screen — Quick Reports included IFS Cloud list screens are where the daily work happens, yet the everyday tasks around them are harder than they should be: jumping from a report row to the voucher or invoice behind it, getting totals by account or project without building a pivot in Excel, making important rows stand out, and producing a presentable PDF. List Tool adds four tools to every IFS Cloud (Aurena) list — standard lists, lists inside assistants, embedded lists and Quick Reports — right inside your browser. ↗ Links — jump from any row to the right IFS page, now on Quick Reports too IFS Cloud lets you add navigation links between pages on most screens, but not on Quick Reports. List Tool brings in-IFS links to every list screen, Quick Reports included. • A small ↗ button appears at the edge of the row you point at. Click it and pick where to go: the page opens already filtered to that row's record. • 12 ready-made targets: Manual Supplier Invoice, Instant Invoice, Purchase Order, Customer Order, Shipment, Receipt, Customer Invoice, Cash/Bank Payment, Multi Payment, Voucher, Supplier and Customer. • Add as many links per row as you need, with conditions — for example, show "Go to invoice" only when the voucher type is SGF or SMM. • Filter values come from the row's columns, from fixed values or from the Quick Report's own parameters (such as the company chosen in the report header). • Need another page? Open it in IFS, paste its address, and List Tool learns the page and its key fields. If an IFS update ever changes a page, re-learn it the same way. • Links open in a new tab, so your report results stay where they are. No Page Designer, no administrator rights, no change to your IFS configuration. Σ Group / Sum — summaries on any list, with Excel and PDF output • Group by any columns (account, project, customer…) and sum any amount columns. Row counts and a grand total are included. • Uses the whole report, including the filter you applied in IFS — not just the rows that happen to be on screen. • Filter on every field, with operators that fit the column type: text (contains, does not contain, equals), amounts (> < = ≥ ≤, between) and dates (before, after, between). • Column types are detected automatically, and you can change any of them. • The result opens in its own tab, ready to download as Excel (.xlsx) or PDF. • Save a summary as a named view and run it again with one click. 🎨 Conditional formatting — your rules, your colours Define your own rules on any IFS Cloud list: pick a column, choose an operator, set a value, and choose how matching cells look. Bold, background colour, font colour, italic, underline and strikethrough are supported, on the single cell or the whole row. Rules have priorities, so overlapping rules resolve predictably. Everything is point-and-click — no scripting and no change to your IFS configuration. 📄 Straight to PDF — no Crystal Reports, no Report Designer Export the list you are looking at as a clean, print-ready A4 PDF in one click. Your conditional formatting carries over exactly as it appears on screen. • Portrait or landscape, selectable font size, per-column width control • Column totals: tick Σ on any column and get a highlighted TOTAL row • Report title, free-form subtitle, date header and "Page i / n" footer • Amount and date columns are never clipped or wrapped; amounts are right-aligned • Save named report views and reuse them later • Export the whole report (including your filter) or only the rows you selected Your definitions stay with you Rules, links, summaries and report views are stored in your own Chrome profile. Export them all to a file and import them on another computer or share them with a colleague. Fast, and it stays out of the way Data comes from IFS Cloud's own data service, so you never have to scroll a 50,000-row list to summarise or export it. Data is fetched once per report: changing options and exporting again is instant. Rules re-apply automatically as you scroll. Built to be safe with your ERP • The extension reads and displays; it never writes to a field, never modifies an IFS request and never patches IFS code. • Data for summaries and PDFs comes from a read-only request to IFS Cloud's own OData endpoint — the same documented integration point IFS exposes through its "Copy data connection" menu — using your existing session and permissions. • Links only build an address; the IFS page then opens with your own session. • Authenticated requests can only reach the server you currently have open. This is enforced in the code, not just by convention. • Your definitions are stored locally (chrome.storage.local). Your report data never leaves your browser, and there is no account to create. • The extension contacts our licence server (easyfs.tamcozum.org) a few times a day to check which tools are enabled for your organisation. It sends only your IFS hostname and the extension version — no cookies, no identity, no report data. Number and date formats are yours to choose Amounts can be printed as 1.234,56 · 1,234.56 · 1 234,56 and more; dates as DD.MM.YYYY, MM.DD.YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD and others.
