List PDF Export for ClickUp

Turn a ClickUp™ List into a clean, client-ready PDF report. ClickUp's built-in print gives you the screen as it is (and you have to scroll to the bottom first so every task loads). Dashboard PDFs show only a limited number of tasks. List PDF Export builds a real document instead: - The whole List in one report, no scrolling or screenshots - Subtasks indented under their parent task - Your custom fields as columns (text, dropdowns, labels, dates, numbers and more) - Assignees, due dates, priorities and optional descriptions - Grouped by status, in the same order and with the same filters as your ClickUp view - Optional page break per status - US Letter or A4, landscape or portrait, with table headers repeated on every page Free: export full Lists, with a small "Made with List PDF Export" footer. Pro: add your logo and your own report title, no footer, ready to send to clients. How it works 1. Open a List in ClickUp and click the extension icon. 2. Paste your personal API token once (the panel shows you where to get it). 3. Click Detect, choose what to include, then Create PDF. Private by design The extension uses the official ClickUp API.
