Waslio is a LinkedIn bulk resume downloader for employers and recruiters who manage job applicants in LinkedIn Hiring or Hiring Pro. Save available attached CVs as individual PDFs or ZIP batches, with an index.csv listing applicant names, filenames and export status. Designed for the Applicants page of a job you posted or manage. It uses your existing signed-in browser session and only downloads resumes your account can already access. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Bulk download available applicant resumes across the pages of a job's applicant list. • Choose individual PDFs for large exports, or ZIP batches for grouped files. • Open index.csv in Excel or another spreadsheet app to review file status. • Skip duplicate applicants or identical PDF files within the same job when duplicate checking is enabled. • Stop and resume a saved export for the same job. • Choose Gentle or Standard export pace and adjust the delay between applicants. • View exports recorded, jobs exported and recent jobs on this browser. • Open your Downloads folder or save a support report from the popup. HOW TO DOWNLOAD LINKEDIN APPLICANT RESUMES 1. Install the extension and refresh your LinkedIn Hiring or Hiring Pro applicant page. 2. Open the Applicants list for a job you posted or manage. 3. Choose PDF or ZIP output in the extension popup. 4. Click "Download resumes" by the applicant table and keep the page open. 5. Review the saved files and index.csv in your Downloads/Resumes folder. SUPPORTED PAGES AND LIMITS Works on LinkedIn Hiring and Hiring Pro job-poster applicant pages. It does not support LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, profile search, or general job browsing pages. An applicant without an accessible resume attachment cannot produce a downloaded PDF. If LinkedIn requires sign-in, displays an access error, or stops loading the applicant page, the export pauses. Check your session and the page before resuming. The extension does not bypass account restrictions. For large jobs, individual PDFs reduce browser memory use compared with ZIP exports. The extension creates a CSV index that opens in Excel. The resumes remain separate PDF files or files inside ZIP batches. ATS import requirements vary by system. Does this create resumes from LinkedIn profiles? No. It downloads existing resume attachments from supported job applicant pages. Do I need a LinkedIn Recruiter subscription?
