The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About LinkedAndSaved

It allows you to save a history of the job offers that we have applied on Linkedin. The history shows us the date and time of when we apply to the offer, direct link to it, company and the workplace. Very useful when we apply to many offers and we need to have a history of these for when companies contact us.
