The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About LatexNotes

Copying lecture PDFs out of Blackboard one at a time is tedious. Open a course, tick the files you want, and they drop straight into a folder in your account, ready to annotate or convert to LaTeX. It only reads the files you can already see and never posts, submits, or changes anything on Blackboard.
