Koncert Everywhere brings Koncert's AI-powered dialer into your CRM, so sales reps can run dialing sessions without leaving Salesforce or HubSpot. KEY FEATURES • Dialer panel inside your CRM Click the Koncert Everywhere toolbar icon to open the dialer as a panel on the right side of the page. It stays out of the way of your CRM and opens or closes with one click. • Upload to Koncert An "Upload to Koncert" button appears on Salesforce reports and HubSpot lists. One click imports the records as a Koncert dialing list, ready to call. • AI-powered dialing sessions Start, pause and end dialing sessions with Koncert's AI Parallel Dialer and AI Flow Dialer. See live call status for each line as calls are placed and connected. • Flexible audio options Join a session using Call Me, Phone Call, or Computer Audio straight from your browser. • Connected-call controls Transfer calls, drop voicemails, use the dial pad, and manage active lines while you talk. • Fast dispositions Log the call outcome and continue with Save & Go, or take a break with Save & Pause. • AI call summaries Get an AI-generated summary of each conversation and play back the call recording right in the panel. • Prospect management View and edit prospect details, check activity, filter your session queue, and mark prospects as Do Not Call, snooze them, or skip them.
