The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Kitty Home

This extension replaces the new tab page with a cute cat image, a fun cat fact, and your most visited tabs. Not only that, but if you click on the icon, a pop up menu appears with buttons to cat themed productivity tools (plus a few fun ones)!
