The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Kindelo — AI listings & buyer replies for Etsy, Amazon & eBay
Selling into the US and EU is hard enough without fighting English every night — first to get the listing up, then to answer the buyer who messages about it.
Kindelo takes the notes you already have — in Vietnamese, in mixed Vietnamese-English, or in rough English — and writes the English a marketplace expects.
WRITING A LISTING, PER MARKETPLACE
• Etsy — title within 140 characters, exactly 13 tags, each under 20 characters
• Amazon — title within 200 characters, 5 bullets within 200 characters each, no banned promo wording
• eBay — title within 80 characters, packed with the item specifics buyers filter by
Character counters turn red the moment a field goes over the marketplace limit, so nothing gets rejected at upload time.
REPLYING TO A BUYER
Paste what the buyer wrote, add a note in your own language about what you want to say, and Kindelo writes the English reply — as a private message or a public review response, in the tone you pick: warm, professional, apologetic, or firm but polite.
It never answers on your behalf. It says only what you told it to say, and where a reply would need a fact you did not give — a ship date, a tracking number, a return window — it leaves a marked blank and lists it underneath instead of inventing one. A delivery date an AI made up is a promise in your name.
It also knows what each marketplace forbids in messages. Amazon, for one, does not allow links, contact details, or asking for reviews, and breaking those rules costs selling privileges rather than a warning.
BULK MODE — THE PART THAT SAVES YOUR WEEK
Paste a sheet straight from Google Sheets or Excel, or pick a CSV file. Kindelo finds your description column, processes rows in parallel, shows per-row progress, and hands back a CSV with title, tags, bullets and description columns appended — ready to import. A 200-product catalog stops being a three-week job.
BUILT FOR NON-NATIVE SELLERS
This is not a translator. Literal translation is exactly what gets listings buried and replies sounding wrong. Kindelo rewrites for the destination market, which is the difference between "Handmade Bracelet Silver Beautiful" and a title that actually ranks.
It is not an autoresponder either. It never sends anything, never reads your inbox, and never speaks for you: every reply is a draft you read, complete and send yourself.
PRIVACY, PLAINLY
• The extension asks for NO website access. It cannot see your tabs, your browsing history, or any page you visit.
• Your product notes and any buyer message you paste in are sent to our server, forwarded to the AI model, and not stored.
• Stored on your device: a random install ID, your license key, and which tab you last used. Nothing else.
• We never sell your data and never train our own models on your text.
PRICING
Try 10 generations free, no card, no sign-up. After that a license unlocks 3,000 generations a month, shared between listings and replies — a listing and a reply each count as one. Enough for a full catalog refresh, not a credit system that runs dry on day three.
Questions or a bug? Email us — replies come from a human, usually the same day.
