Keyword Alert

It's like a sticky note that knows exactly when to appear. Keyword Alert watches the pages you open and pops up your notes the instant a keyword matches — no manual checking, no forgotten steps. Real-world examples: A dispatcher sees the customer's access policy, key contacts, and special requirements before creating the work order A support agent instantly sees an account's known issues and escalation contact A billing specialist gets clear, step-by-step rules that make invoicing error-free An account manager is reminded of agreed terms or do-not-contact notes A recruiter sees a flag about a candidate's previous interview round How it works: Set keyword triggers (AND / OR logic) Attach your notes, instructions, and contact info Open a matching page — your info pops up, ready to paste Key features: ✓ Flexible AND/OR keyword logic with main + secondary triggers ✓ 3 copyable info sections per alert — copy one or all at once ✓ Snooze alerts for 1 minute to stay on a page ✓ Re-trigger manually — no reload needed ✓ Works everywhere, including single-page apps (SPAs) ✓ Full import/export backup Private by design: No accounts. No servers. No tracking. Your data never leaves your device. Sharable: Export all data and share it with your colleague. Why I built this: I'm a service coordinator who got tired of forgetting customer instructions at the worst possible moment — so I fixed it. Install Keyword Alert and never miss a critical step again.
