The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About KeyStone

KeyStone Apps puts KAM Technologies' tools inside ServiceTitan. On an estimate, a customer, a location or a job, a button appears with that record's number already on it. Press it and the matching tool opens, pointed at that record. Nobody reads a number off one screen to type it into another, and nobody ends up working on last week's estimate by mistake. WHAT THE BUTTONS DO Request Quote (estimates) Sends your suppliers the estimate's material lines to price. Pick which vendors to ask and which lines each of them sees, and the email opens ready to send from your own Outlook. Their prices come back to a comparison screen — lines down, vendors across, best price marked — and nothing reaches ServiceTitan until you award one of them. Awarding writes the costs to the estimate and the pricebook, holding each line's existing margin. Add Equipment (estimates) Lists the equipment recorded at that location: manufacturer, model, serial, install date. Tick the units the estimate covers and they are written into the estimate summary, under an "Equipment to be Serviced" heading, keeping whatever the summary already said. Press it again to change the list — it replaces what it wrote rather than adding a second copy — and there is an undo on the screen afterwards. Request Contact (customers, locations, jobs) Sends the customer a link to update their own contact details, and to attach a certificate of insurance or a W-9. They need no account and no password. What they send is held for the office to review; nothing changes in ServiceTitan until somebody applies it. A certificate can be forwarded automatically to the insurance agent on file. Edit Contacts (customers, locations, jobs) Opens the contact screen for direct editing, saving to ServiceTitan as you go — for when you have the customer on the phone and simply need it fixed. Opened from a location or a job it covers that property; from a customer it covers the whole account. HOW IT BEHAVES The buttons float above the ServiceTitan page. Drag them anywhere, or collapse them to a dot — both are remembered. Clicks anywhere around them go through to ServiceTitan as normal. On an estimate that is Sold or Dismissed the button turns amber, because costs can only be written to Open estimates, and it says so before you start rather than after. WHAT IT READS AND SENDS It reads one thing: the record number on the ServiceTitan page you are looking at. It sends nothing anywhere, stores nothing but where you dragged the button, and asks for no browser permissions at all. REQUIREMENTS For KAM Technologies clients. The tools it opens require a login issued by KAM, one per person. Chrome or Edge, and a ServiceTitan account. Questions: ken@kamtech.pro
