The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About JV-web-tools

JV-web-tools is a developer utility for exporting browser state from the current website into a structured web-compatible JSON file. It exports cookies and localStorage only when the user chooses to export data from the active site. The generated JSON can be used for local website development, debugging, testing, migration, and automation workflows. JV-web-tools processes exported data locally on the user's device. The extension does not upload, transmit, or store exported website data on an external server. Site access is requested only when needed for the website the user is currently working with. Cookies may contain session or authentication information, so exported files should be treated as sensitive data and stored securely.
