Jobless — Job Application Autofill & Tracker

Applying to jobs is a full-time job on its own. Each application takes 10 to 15 minutes of retyping the same name, work history, and answers. Fill 20 forms and you've lost half your week. Jobless cuts that down by up to 75% — enter your details once, and every application after fills in seconds. Track everything you apply to, follow up on time, and know exactly where you stand. On any job application — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or any company career page — click Scan & fill and the form completes. Your resume attaches automatically. You review and submit. WHAT JOBLESS DOES Autofills job applications across Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and thousands of career pages. Tracks every application in a simple board — Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected — with drag and drop so you always know where each application stands. Drafts answers to essay questions like "Why this company?" using AI, powered by your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or DeepSeek key. Refines answers you've written into cleaner, more professional versions. Saves your best answers so you can reuse them on future applications in one click. Reminds you to follow up on applications that go quiet. Exports your entire job search history to CSV. BUILT FOR PRIVACY Your data stays on your device. No account, no signup, no server. The only network calls are AI drafts sent to the provider you choose, using your own API key. Uninstall and it's all gone. WHAT JOBLESS NEVER DOES Never auto-submits — you always review and submit yourself. Never guesses race, gender, veteran, or disability questions. Never sells, shares, or transmits your data. Perfect for job seekers, career changers, and anyone tired of copy-pasting into application forms.
