JobGuard: Ghost & Wired Job Detector

Stop wasting hours tailoring resumes for jobs that aren't real openings. JobGuard evaluates job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and university/corporate career portals to determine whether a posting represents a genuine, immediate hiring opportunity. What JobGuard Spots: • Ghost Postings: Detects evergreen listings, continuous resume-harvesting templates, and postings stale for over 30+ days. • Wired / Fabricated Listings: Identifies listings created to fulfill mandatory compliance policies (such as PERM/visa filings or pre-selected internal promotions) with hyper-tailored, restrictive requirements. • Contradictory Seniority: Catches entry-level listings demanding senior-level experience. • Transparency Indicators: Identifies disclosed compensation and named hiring supervisors. Clear Apply-Worthiness Scoring: Every posting receives a simple Score out of 10 with clear, itemized flags so you know whether to spend 45 minutes tailoring your application or skip to the next listing. Privacy First JobGuard runs 100% locally in your browser. No job text, search history, or personal data is collected, stored, or sent to external servers.
