Jira Menu lets you choose which apps and custom links appear in the Jira Cloud app switcher, so you can focus on the tools you actually use. • Show or hide individual apps, including Jira, Confluence, Rovo and more. • Control the visibility of existing custom links, such as your Service Portal. • Keep the menu compact by removing unused entries and empty space. • Add another Jira site by pasting its URL—even a full project or ticket link. • Turn menu cleanup off whenever you want to restore the original menu.
