The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Jira Jump
Jira Jump is the fastest way to open a Jira issue, and it makes the issue page easier to read and share.
Press your shortcut (Cmd+J on Mac, Alt+J elsewhere), type an issue number, and hit Enter. The issue opens in a new tab. No hunting through tabs, boards, or search pages.
TWO MODES
- ID: type a number (or a full KEY-123) to jump straight to that issue, with a live preview of its summary, status, type, assignee, sprint, and epic before you open it.
- Text: search summaries and descriptions across your project, with filters for status, created and updated dates, assignee, reporter, fix version, and any custom field you add.
BUILT TO BE FAST
- Rich results at a glance: issue type, key, color-coded status, epic, sprint, and assignee.
- Keyboard-first: arrow keys to move, Enter to open, Escape to close, Cmd+C to copy the highlighted issue as "KEY: Summary".
- Quick links to your own saved searches, plus one-click "Recently created" and "My open issues".
- Light, dark, and system themes.
ON THE ISSUE PAGE
- See what changed: in the History tab, Description edits are shown as a word-level diff, rendered as headings, lists, and paragraphs instead of raw markup. "Changes only" collapses everything that did not change; "Full text" shows both versions with highlights.
- Copy: one click next to the issue key copies "KEY: Summary". Alt-click copies a Markdown link. Shortcuts: Cmd+Shift+C on Mac, Alt+Shift+C elsewhere, and Alt+Shift+M for Markdown.
- Expand all: one button in the Activity header opens every collapsed reply and comment thread.
Each of these can be switched off in Options.
WORKS WITH YOUR JIRA, PRIVATELY
Jira Jump is generic: point it at any Jira Cloud site and project in Options. It reads issues using your existing Jira login (or an API token you provide), and it talks only to your Jira site. Nothing is collected, sent to a server, or shared. See the privacy policy for details.
Set up once in Options: enter your site and project, grant access, and you are ready.
