Works on news sites, blogs, social media, subtitles and more. Open any word for definitions, HSK badges, stroke order, character breakdown, related words and example sentences. ✍️ STROKE ORDER AND LOOKS-LIKE Watch stroke-order animations in simplified, traditional or both, at your speed. Set how many new cards and reviews you want per day, and the pace stays the same on the extension, the web app and Android. 📖 HSK 3.0 GRAMMAR Level 1 is free: 77 patterns with pinyin on every pattern, plain explanations, example sentences with pinyin and common mistakes, and a Listen button. No page content, browsing history or personal data from the sites you visit is collected or sent anywhere. Saved words stay on your device unless you sign in to sync. Add-on and browse files are public data downloaded when you open them; nothing about you or the page is sent with them. 🌙 LIGHT AND DARK Dark or light theme, text size from XS to XL, optional tone-colored pinyin and Zhuyin (Bopomofo). ⌨️ KEYBOARD SHORTCUT Alt+J opens the popup with the search field focused.
