IQprop — analyse property listings

Stop typing figures from property listings. IQprop tells South African property investors whether a buy-to-let deal pays for itself, and what to offer. This free add-on saves you the typing. HOW IT WORKS 1. Find a property on Property24 or Private Property. 2. Copy its web address and paste it into IQprop. 3. Press Submit. The asking price, levy, rates and taxes, bedrooms, bathrooms and garages fill in - and so does the rent of similar homes in the same suburb. A tab opens for a few seconds while it reads the listing, then closes by itself. IS IT SAFE? - It only opens Property24 and Private Property listings, and only when you press Submit in IQprop. - It cannot see your email, banking, passwords or any other website. - The figures go straight onto your IQprop page. They are not sent to IQprop's servers. GOOD TO KNOW - Free, on every IQprop plan. - Works in Chrome and Microsoft Edge on a computer. Phones and tablets don't support add-ons - there you type the figures in. - Always check the figures against the listing. Agents write listings, and some don't show the levy or rates.
