The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Invoice Parser: PDF Invoice to CSV, Free Invoice OCR
Stop retyping invoices. RevExOS Invoice Parser reads an invoice and gives you the fields you actually post: vendor, invoice number, dates, PO number, payment terms, subtotal, tax, total, and every line item.
How to use it
- Right-click a PDF link and choose "Parse linked invoice with RevExOS"
- Right-click an invoice image, or anywhere on an emailed or web invoice, and choose "Parse the invoice on this page"
- Or click the toolbar icon and drop in a PDF or image
What you get
- Header fields and a line-item table in a side panel, next to the original
- Download as CSV, copy straight into Excel or Google Sheets, or copy JSON
- Multi-page PDFs (up to 5 pages per invoice)
- Spreadsheet-safe exports: text that would run as a formula in Excel or Sheets is neutralized
Free to use
- 2 invoices a day with no signup, 5 a day with an email address
- Need batches or QuickBooks and Xero import files? Use the full parser at revexos.com/invoice-parser
Privacy
- The extension only reads a page when you right-click or use its toolbar button
- Invoices are processed to extract the data and are not stored by RevExOS
- No browsing history is collected
Built by RevExOS, which helps finance and RevOps teams automate quote-to-cash.
