The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Instant Silence

Instant Silence gives you a global mute button for your browser. How it works: - One-Click Mute: Click the extension icon to instantly silence audio in all open tabs. - Visual Status: The icon badge displays "OFF" so you know when silence is active. - Restore Audio: Simply click again to unmute everything and resume listening. - Perfect for quickly silencing unexpected auto play videos, noisy ads, or just getting instant focus without having to hunt down the noisy tab. Privacy: This extension does not track you or collect any user data. It only modifies the "mute" status of your tabs.
