The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Inputto
Inputto turns the language you already meet online into study material.
Highlight a sentence on any page and look it up without leaving the tab. Take a screenshot of text inside an image or video. Capture the audio playing in a tab. Whatever you capture lands in Inputto, ready to read, listen to and save.
In Inputto you get:
- The meaning of the whole text, with romanization for non-Latin scripts
- Every word clickable, with its own audio
- An AI chat for any word or phrase, to ask about grammar, usage or nuance in context
- Natural audio reading the whole text aloud
- Your own saved phrases and constructions, kept with the text
Save what you capture to collections and practise it with spaced repetition. Each text is practised two ways, reading and listening, on separate schedules, so what you study comes back just before you would forget it.
Track your progress with XP, levels, streaks and daily or weekly goals.
The interface is available in 13 languages.
How it works:
1. Install the extension and sign in to your Inputto account
2. Right-click selected text, or use the extension to capture a screenshot or tab audio
3. Read, listen and ask about the text in Inputto
4. Save it and practise it later
Inputto is built for learners who learn from real content: videos, articles, podcasts and social media, rather than from word lists made by hand.
