About IndexFlow – Brave Search Indexer

IndexFlow submits your sitemap URLs to Brave Search so your pages get discovered faster. Instead of manually copying URLs into Brave's submission form one by one, IndexFlow automates the entire process. Upload a sitemap XML, provide a sitemap URL, or paste links — IndexFlow opens Brave's submission page for each URL, fills the form, clicks submit, and moves to the next one automatically. ───── Features ───── • Three input methods — Upload XML files, fetch sitemaps from any URL, or paste URLs manually • Automated submission — Each URL is submitted one by one with automatic retry if Brave returns a "Try Again" response • Live progress tracking — Real-time progress bar, percentage complete, and per-URL status indicators • Session history — Every indexing session is saved locally with search, filters, and detailed results • Customizable settings — Adjust delay between submissions, retry count, toggle desktop notifications, or enable auto-close • Desktop notification — Get an alert when all URLs have been processed • No account needed — No login, no sign-up, no data collection ───── How it works ───── 1. Open IndexFlow and choose your input method (Upload XML, Sitemap URL, or Paste) 2. Click Parse & Start 3. IndexFlow opens Brave Search's submission page for each URL 4. The URL is entered, the submit button is clicked, and the confirmation is verified 5. On failure, IndexFlow automatically retries 6. When all URLs are done, a summary screen and desktop notification appear ───── Why use IndexFlow ───── Submitting URLs to Brave Search manually is tedious when you have hundreds of pages. IndexFlow removes the repetitive work — set it running and come back when it's done. Every submission is tracked, every failure is retried, and your history is saved for reference. ───── Privacy ───── IndexFlow runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to any server except Brave Search's official submission endpoint. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party services. Your sitemap files and URL lists are never stored on any external server.
