The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About imgtree
imgtree for Chrome captures screenshots and uploads them to imgtree in one step — no extra apps, no manual saving and re-uploading.
CAPTURE MODES
• Full page — scrolls and stitches the entire page into one image
• Visible area — instant screenshot of what's on screen right now
• Select area — drag to capture exactly the part of the page you want
• Right-click any image on a page to upload it directly
AFTER EVERY UPLOAD
• The imgtree link is copied to your clipboard automatically
• An in-page status card shows progress and the finished link, with Copy and Open buttons
ACCOUNTS
Works out of the box as a guest — no account needed. Add your imgtree API key in the extension's settings to upload straight to your account and keep everything organized in your dashboard.
PRIVACY
imgtree only accesses the tab you're actively capturing (activeTab permission) — it never reads other tabs or your browsing history. Uploads go only to the imgtree site you configure (imgtree.co by default, or your own self-hosted instance). No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
