The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Image2Pixel Picker
Short description
Convert one image on the current page into pixel art from the popup or the right-click menu.
Description
Image2Pixel Picker lets you turn one image at a time on any webpage into pixel art.
What's new in 0.2.2
• Fixed an issue where clicking the hover conversion button would occasionally cause a message saying "This image source site has not been authorized"
What's new in 0.2.1
• Optimized the popover so it no longer obscures the image, making it easier to view the conversion results.
What's new in 0.2.0
• Faster conversion: hover any image and click the corner button, or Alt-click an image to convert it instantly
• Adjust after converting: hover a converted image and click "Adjust settings" to tweak parameters with live re-conversion — no need to pick the image again
• New "Restore this image" context menu item to revert conversions with one click
• New engine: perceptual CIELAB color space for more accurate colors, plus an optional dithering mode for smoother gradients
• Performance: large images are automatically downscaled before processing for faster, smoother conversion
