About IG Follow Audit Helper

IG Tidy helps you audit Instagram account health directly in your browser, with a manual and privacy-first workflow. Upload your Instagram export files in the IG Tidy web app, then use the extension sidebar on Instagram.com to review diagnostics, open target profiles, and mark actions complete as you go. What it does: Shows account diagnostics and audit context while you browse Instagram Syncs completion status between igtidy.com and the extension sidebar Keeps data browser-local for a lightweight workflow What it does not do: No auto-unfollow or automated account actions No private API scraping No analytics or telemetry tracking Built for creators, social managers, and account auditors who want clear, manual control over Instagram cleanup and review tasks
