IEEE vTools Events Hub

Organize event preparation and attendance review in IEEE vTools Events Hub, a volunteer tool developed by IEEE Jordan SAC. Build and keep event drafts locally, import event reports for review, analyze attendance files, and examine event timelines. On a supported IEEE vTools event form, review detected fields and the proposed changes before filling them. FEATURES • Create, edit, import and export event drafts. • Parse attendance files and review the resulting classifications. • Track events and prepare local reports. • Review supported form fields before applying draft values. • Use optional external AI extraction only after configuring a provider and consenting to each request. • Use English or Arabic. The extension does not automatically submit event forms. Confirm the host organization, event details and account in your existing IEEE session before saving on vTools.
