SAVE WHILE YOU APPLY • Automatically fill the company name and role from supported job pages, along with the current page URL. • Click “Save application” to record a job you’ve applied to. • Review or edit captured details, and enter missing information when automatic capture isn’t available. • Paste a cover letter or choose a reusable template. • Keep a separate cover-letter copy with each application, even when you edit the template later. • Save applications on your device during a connection failure and sync them when connectivity returns. Hiring Trust records your applications; it does not submit applications to employers. TRACK WHAT HAPPENS NEXT • Record recruiter replies, interviews, offers, rejections, withdrawals, accepted offers, or that you’re still waiting. • Reopen saved job links and manage applications on the Hiring Trust website. • See applications due for a check-in and optionally enable email reminders. EXPLORE COMPANY HIRING SIGNALS When enough community data is available, see aggregate hiring-response, interview, and offer rates, no response after 30 days, and median time to first response. Hiring responses include rejections and hiring-stage updates. Automatic receipt acknowledgments do not count. Signals may be unavailable when there are too few contributions. YOUR TRACKER STAYS PRIVATE Your application history and cover-letter content are private to your account. Company signals use aggregated outcomes and appear only after minimum application and contributor thresholds are met. Outcomes with stronger employer proof are shown separately from self-reported outcomes. An account is required to save and sync applications.
