Save job postings in one click, fill application forms from your profile, and turn your LinkedIn profile into a resume. HiredFolio is a job search companion that lives in your browser's side panel. No tab switching required: browse job postings and save them instantly with the details auto-filled. SUPPORTED SITES HiredFolio works on several popular job boards and can also detect job postings that use JobPosting structured data. A "Capture on all sites" setting lets you extend detection to any site, or allow sites one at a time, at your own pace. ONE-CLICK JOB SAVING When you're viewing a job posting on any supported site, HiredFolio automatically detects and parses the listing. Open the side panel to see the job title, company, location, salary, and description pre-filled — just hit Save. No copy-pasting required. SMART PARSING HiredFolio uses a three-tier parsing engine: 1. Custom parsers hand-crafted for each major job board 2. Config-driven parsers for additional sites 3. A generic JSON-LD fallback that works on any site with Schema.org JobPosting markup This means even sites without dedicated support are often parsed automatically. APPLICATION AUTOFILL New: on an application form, HiredFolio can fill fields from your profile and attach your resume PDF. You review every value in the side panel, then submit it yourself on the site. HiredFolio never submits for you. WEEKLY GOAL TRACKING Set weekly targets for jobs saved and applications submitted. LINKEDIN PROFILE IMPORT Create an ATS-friendly resume from your LinkedIn profile. Open the side panel on your profile and start the import — HiredFolio captures your headline, experience, education, skills, and certifications. Review the captured data, remove anything you don't want to import, then open the generated resume in the editor to polish it. RESUME BUILDER INTEGRATION After saving a job, create a tailored resume with one click. HiredFolio links directly to the resume builder with the job details pre-loaded. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL All job data is stored securely in your HiredFolio account. The extension reads page content only on supported job sites, or on sites you explicitly allow, to extract listings. Every permission can be revoked at any time in the extension settings. When you trigger autofill, it reads the form's labels; filled values stay in the browser. "Remember for this site" stores a field mapping and value in chrome.storage.local on this device (plaintext, capped per origin) and can override the live profile for that site. An optional report can send field labels only — never your answers. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
