The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Helm helper
Helm is an HR and finance platform for Saudi companies.
What it does for you
It opens Qiwa's own sign-in page, enters the national ID you already gave Helm, and shows you the number to tap in Nafath. It then picks your business account and asks which establishment.
Tells you where your company stands, every day.
Your Saudization band, your weighted ratio, how far you are from the next band
and from failing one. It names the people who are not counting toward your ratio
and why — usually a contract that was never documented — which is the difference
between believing you are Green and actually being Green.
Answers "what happens if" before you decide.
If this person resigns. If you hire these three. If you raise that salary. It
recomputes your band and tells you which government services open or close as a
result, before the decision instead of after.
Brings everything Qiwa asks of you into Helm, with real deadlines.
It opens every notice, including the ones folded into closed drawers, follows
each one to the service that holds its date, reads the date there, and counts
down. You hear about a deadline from Helm instead of finding it on a portal.
Keeps your people, your contracts and your permits in step with the
government. The employee list, each contract's state, every work permit and
iqama expiry, your visa quota and your wallet balance.
Renews your work permits before they lapse.
It knows which permits expire and when, checks your band and your wallet allow
it, groups them into one batch with the cost named, and renews them once you
approve.
Registers a new employee across every system that must know.
It drafts the labor contract in Arabic and English, checks it against what Qiwa
requires before Qiwa sees it, documents it, and follows the worker's acceptance
until the contract is authenticated.
Handles a leaver correctly.
It answers a resignation inside the window, records a termination with its
reason, and computes the end-of-service benefit the reason actually produces —
telling you what each reason costs before you choose one.
Amends a contract term, with the worker's agreement.
A wage, a title, hours or a work location. The worker approves it in their own
Qiwa account, and Helm waits for that answer rather than assuming it.
Keeps your wage protection clean.
It compares the wage on the Qiwa contract, the wage in your payroll, and the
amount your bank actually transferred, and names anybody who does not reconcile
before the file is submitted.
Answers transfers, issues visas, publishes your work policy, and pays Qiwa
fees from your wallet — each one only after you approve it.
What it will not do
- It runs on no site except Qiwa and your own Helm workspace.
- It changes nothing on Qiwa that you have not approved. Every change is a
card you read and swipe. There is no automatic mode and no way to turn the
approval off.
- It never approves anything on an employee's behalf. Where the law requires
the worker's agreement, the worker gives it in their own account.
- It does nothing on a Qiwa page you opened yourself.
- It does not store your national ID. The ID goes from Helm into Qiwa's field
and is then dropped.
- It holds no password and no Nafath credential.
- It does not read your browsing, your history or your cookies.
