The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Harvest: Website Downloader & Resource Inspector
Harvest is a developer/designer tool for studying and saving the front end of any website.
Open it as a docked side panel (it stays put while you click around the page) and:
• Scan a page — discover every resource it loads: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, and 3D/WebGL assets, shown in a browsable file tree you can preview, copy, and download.
• Explore a whole site — crawl multiple same-origin pages (you choose the depth and page limit). The crawl runs in background tabs and, because those tabs are visible, pauses automatically if you click in to interact — then resumes on demand.
• Choose what to grab — include or skip images, video/audio, fonts, and 3D assets to keep heavy sites fast and exports small.
• Export an offline copy — every file is saved at its original path, plus a tiny local server and one-click launchers so the saved front-end JavaScript (menus, carousels, animations, WebGL, client-side routing) actually runs offline.
Everything happens locally in your browser. Harvest collects no data, has no servers, and uses no tracking or analytics. Note: the export is a front-end snapshot — features that need the original backend (login, search, live data) won't work.
