The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Handlizer

Are you tired of web designers and UX experts robbing you of your legal right to resize text areas and write lots of text comfortably? With this plug-in you can break any perfect layout and make any text area as big as you want. The only thing this plugin does is to remove vertical resize restrictions from text areas.
