Gugu OrderFlow

Gugu OrderFlow helps small B2B suppliers turn a customer purchase order into a reviewed sales order. From the toolbar, the user selects one order document and sends it to their signed-in Gugu OrderFlow workspace. The app extracts the order details so the user can review and correct them before exporting a sales order for their ERP workflow. The extension works with the business documents supported by Gugu OrderFlow, including common image, PDF, spreadsheet, and CSV files. Recognition can make mistakes, so users review the result before use. The extension only connects to the official Gugu OrderFlow service. It does not access browsing history or unrelated websites, scrape websites, send emails, issue invoices, fulfil orders, or collect payment. Free accounts include three orders per month. Membership is available in the web app.
