Guap: AI Job Application Autofill & Tracker

Barista fills job applications for you, using your Guap profile. Open an application on any employer's careers site, click Barista, and it fills the form from your saved profile: your details, work history, education, links and the answers you have written before. You check it and press submit yourself. Barista never sends an application without you. WHAT IT DOES Fills application forms Text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes and country pickers, on company career pages and the common applicant tracking systems. It also attaches your CV. Reuses your best answers Questions like "Describe a role where you did your best work" come up again and again. Barista keeps your answers in a library and offers the right one when a similar question appears. For a question it has not seen, it can draft an answer from your profile for you to edit. Writes cover letters Drafted against the job posting and your profile, in your own tone. Open it, change what you like, use it. Tailors your CV Barista builds a ready to paste prompt from your LaTeX CV and the posting, for the AI assistant you already use. Keeps track of every application Each form you submit lands in your Brewing Process, a calendar of where every application stands. Barista can move a stage when a reply arrives in an open Gmail tab or in an email you forward. Scheduled interviews keep the time, round and meeting link, and remind you before they start. One account, everywhere Barista uses your account on guap.work. Your profile, saved answers and applications are the same in the extension and on the web, and a change in one shows up in the other. PRICING Filling forms and tracking applications are free. AI features (drafted answers, cover letters, profile import) are paid with prepaid credit, priced per use, with some free uses to start. No subscription, nothing renews, and credit never expires. Prices are listed at guap.work/pricing. PRIVACY Barista reads a page only to find and fill its application form, and only fills when you ask. Your data is used to fill your applications and nothing else. It is never sold. Full policy: guap.work/legal/privacy Requires a free Guap account. Sign in from the extension in one click.
