The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Grupy - Facebook Group Auto Poster & Post Scheduler
Schedule a post for your Facebook groups, or publish to all of them at once -- from your own browser, at a pace you control.
Grupy is a Facebook post scheduler and auto poster for groups, running as a Chrome extension. Write the post once, pick your groups, then publish now or schedule it for later. It works through your list group by group: it posts, waits a varying delay, and moves on. Exactly what you would do by hand, without the hand.
⏱️ THE TIME MATH
Posting manually to thirty groups is about ninety minutes of opening tabs, pasting, scrolling and waiting for pages to load. Grupy runs the same round in the background, in a tab that stays out of your way, while you work.
Someone who posts to thirty groups three times a week gets four to five hours back. Not "more posts" -- the same posts, without the evening they used to cost.
📅 SCHEDULING, WHICH FACEBOOK WILL NOT DO FOR YOU HERE
Facebook will schedule a post on a Page you manage. It will not let you schedule a post in a group you are simply a member of -- and for most people, the groups are where the customers are.
Grupy schedules there. Pick a date and a time, one-off or repeating: daily, weekly, or the specific days you choose. You can also spread a single post across several days, a few groups each day, and not touch it again.
One honest condition: this is a Chrome extension, not a cloud service, so Chrome has to be open on the right profile when the time comes. That is the trade, and it is the reason this works at all -- no cloud tool can reach Facebook groups any more. The Q&A below explains why.
🚀 WHAT IT DOES
🟦 Post to multiple Facebook groups at once: up to nine groups per run, round after round, from a saved list.
🟦 Schedule Facebook group posts: a date and time, one-off, or repeating daily, weekly or on the days you pick.
🟦 Three wordings of the same post: anyone who belongs to two of your groups does not read the same sentence twice.
🟦 Spintax: write once, get a different phrasing in every group. For example: {looking for|need} {an electrician|a plumber} {you can trust|who turns up}?
🟦 Collections: saved sets of groups. "Downtown real estate", "Small business owners", "Local parents". Build once, use forever.
🟦 Drip campaigns: one post spread over several days, a set number of groups per day, hands off.
🟦 Photos and video: a single image, several, or a video -- and a different set for each wording.
🟦 A posting log with a link to every post: what went out, to which group, when, and a direct link to it on Facebook. Including what failed, and why, in plain words.
🟦 A saved post library that follows you between computers, pictures included.
🟦 Group discovery: public groups worth joining, sorted by language. The catalogue is built by users who choose to take part, and grows over time.
🟦 Four interface languages: English, Hebrew, Arabic and Russian.
🛡️ THE PACING, AND THIS IS THE HEART OF IT
Grupy was not built to post a lot. It was built to post properly. These four protections are the product, not settings tucked away in a corner:
🟩 A daily limit: you decide how many posts a day, and it stops there.
🟩 A cooldown for each group: 24 hours by default between two posts to the same group. This is the single most common reason a group admin removes someone.
🟩 A warm-up ramp for a new account: it starts at five a day and climbs gradually over weeks, instead of jumping straight to your maximum.
🟩 Varying delays: anywhere from minutes to hours, as you configure, and never at identical intervals.
Every post goes out from your account, from your browser, to groups you chose, after you pressed the button.
🤖 NEW: YOUR AI ASSISTANT SCHEDULES THE CAMPAIGN, NOT JUST THE WORDS
Connect Claude, Cursor, or any other tool or agent that supports the MCP standard, and it does more than draft text for you to paste. It reads your group list, writes the post in three wordings, attaches an image it generated, and **schedules the campaign itself** -- the date, the time, the groups, the repeat.
"Write a post about the new apartment downtown and schedule it to my real estate collections for Sunday morning" is the entire interaction.
The extension has a tab of its own for this, with ready-made setup lines to copy for any tool.
🟦 Eight tools your assistant can use: read your groups, read and write saved posts, schedule a campaign, and start one
🟦 Everything happens in your own browser, through the extension itself
🟦 Every protection above still applies, and an assistant cannot change them or your settings
🟦 Publishing immediately always asks for your confirmation first
🟦 Entirely optional: off until you switch it on, and you can disconnect at any time
We never connect to an AI provider and we hold no credentials for one. You issue a key from the AI tab in the extension, which also gives you ready-made setup lines to copy, and your own tool uses it.
⚙️ HOW IT WORKS, IN FIVE STEPS
1. Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar.
2. Sign in to Facebook in Chrome as you normally would. Grupy uses the session you already have.
3. Scan the groups you belong to and sort them into collections.
4. Write the post, add wordings and pictures, set a limit and delays.
5. Press Run, or set it to publish at another time.
❓ QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q: How do I schedule posts on Facebook?
A: On a Page you manage, Facebook's own publishing tools and Meta Business Suite will do it, and you do not need anything else. In a group you are merely a member of, Facebook offers no scheduler at all -- that is the gap this extension fills. Write the post in Grupy, tick the groups, set a date and time, and it publishes from your browser when that time arrives.
Q: Can you schedule posts in Facebook groups?
A: Not with Facebook's own tools, unless you are an admin of the group in question. With Grupy you can, in any group you are allowed to post in, whether you run it or simply belong to it. One-off or repeating.
