Group Posting PRO helps you publish and schedule posts to Facebook groups from your own Chrome browser. Choose your groups, prepare your content, publish at a pace you control, and review the results in one place. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Facebook in Chrome and sign in to your account. 2. Select your posting identity and organise the groups you belong to. 3. Write a post, select a saved template or prepare an AI-assisted draft. 4. Review your audience and content, then publish now or use an available scheduling feature. 5. Check Activity for results and available post links. Publishing happens in your signed-in browser. Your computer must remain awake, connected to the internet and running Chrome for posting, scheduled work and monitoring to run. MAIN FEATURES POST TO SELECTED GROUPS Prepare text, links, photos or videos from one composer and publish to your selected groups in sequence. Supported formats depend on Facebook’s composer, posting identity and group permissions. PROFILE AND PAGE POSTING Choose your personal profile or a Page you manage. Page participation must be allowed by the destination group, and the selected identity must have permission to post there. RESHARE EXISTING POSTS Share supported posts from your feed or groups using the “Share to groups” control where available. Choose your audience and publish immediately or schedule the share on an eligible plan. REUSABLE TEMPLATES AND COLLECTIONS Save posts, organise groups into targeted collections and reuse your content. Review posting history, filter Activity by identity and export available results. SCHEDULES AND CAMPAIGNS Plus includes simple scheduling. Pro adds monthly schedules and campaigns with post, wait and repeat steps. Rotate saved templates and set recurring intervals for ongoing content. CREATE COLOURFUL IMAGE CARDS Turn a message into a ready-to-post graphic. Choose from 12 layouts, colour palettes and size options, then add your logo, call to action or contact details where the layout supports them. Preview the card before adding it to your post. Cards are rendered on your device. Lite and Plus cards include Group Posting branding; Pro and Agency plans offer cards without that watermark. AI-ASSISTED WRITING AND SPINTAX Draft posts, improve wording, generate alternative versions and use your saved business context and writing voice. Review suggestions before applying them. You can also write your own alternatives with spintax and rotate different wording across a run. AI features have plan-based allowances; generated content should be checked for accuracy and relevance. LEAD RADAR Monitor selected groups for matching keywords and phrases. Pro supports monitoring up to 25 groups, with scan intervals starting at 15 minutes while your browser is running. Review matched posts and request an AI reply draft. Optional automatic replies can publish without a separate review for every reply when explicitly enabled and the required group permissions are configured. Daily limits apply, and you can switch the feature off. GROUP DISCOVERY Search for relevant groups on eligible paid plans. You can optionally send paced join requests within the extension’s limits. A join request does not guarantee admission or permission to post. POSTING CONTROLS Manage your pace with spaced-out posting, optional warm-up settings, night pauses, duplicate-post checks and Stop controls. Activity distinguishes confirmed publication from pending approval, errors and results that could not be confirmed. AGENCY PLANS: CLIENT GROUP POSTING FROM ONE DASHBOARD Agency Starter supports up to 10 clients; Agency Scale supports up to 25. Create schedules, reusable content and campaigns in the agency dashboard. Each client installs the extension, confirms the connection inside their own browser and keeps their own Facebook login. The dashboard sends approved work to the connected client browser, which performs the posting. You can review connection status and results for agency-managed work. Clients can disconnect at any time. Connected clients receive Pro features through the agency plan, except cloud backup. Clients with their own eligible Pro licence retain their own backup entitlement. Managed agency posts currently support text and images. Video is not supported in the agency dashboard. Its standard allowance is five group-posts per day, with welcome allowances for new installations. One post to one group counts as one group-post. Eligible extra work can be queued across later days while the browser is available. Plus removes the Lite daily posting limit and adds simple schedules. Pro adds ongoing AI writing, advanced campaigns, Lead Radar and eligible cloud backup. Agency plans add the client dashboard and managed workflows.
