The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About GreenMaxing Toolbar
Score, tag, note, and clear an entire Greenhouse stage in a fraction of the clicks — without ever leaving the review screen.
GreenMaxing Toolbar docks a productivity panel onto your Greenhouse candidate-review pages. Read a candidate, score them, tag them, write a note, and disposition them in one place. It runs entirely in your own browser, on your own logged-in Greenhouse session, and — for the optional AI features — under your own AI API key. There is no developer server in the middle: your candidate data never touches our infrastructure, because we don't operate any.

CRITERIA CHECK — CATCH A BAD CRITERION BEFORE IT COSTS YOU A BATCH
Your scoring criteria decide every score, and one line worded backwards can reject exactly the people you're looking for. Hit "Check these criteria" and the AI reads them back to you: a dealbreaker phrased inside out, the same requirement sitting in two places, a rule that won't catch who you meant, a paragraph that should be four separate lines. You see the exact wording it proposes for each finding and tick what to apply. It runs only when you ask, and it never blocks you from scoring.
AUTO-TAG RULES, PER JOB
Tag the strong matches at or above a score you pick, and the weak ones at or below another. Then add up to five rules of your own: a plain-English question the AI answers for every candidate — "does the résumé indicate they live outside Israel?" — and a tag it applies when the answer is yes. It reads the same indirect signals a recruiter would (phone country code, where the current employer is, where someone studied), tells you which ones it used, and leaves the match score alone.
QUICK NOTES
Write a note onto a candidate's Greenhouse record without opening their profile. It defaults to admin-only, the same as Greenhouse's own note box, and one click switches it to the whole hiring team. Also available on the candidate's profile page.
QUICK-TAG HOTKEYS
Assign a key to any quick-tag or to Mark Reviewed and fire it from anywhere on the page — including from inside the résumé. It never fires while you're typing, and one switch turns them all off.
YOUR SCORES, ON THE CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
A score you produced on the review screen is now one click away on that candidate's own profile page, with the full breakdown behind it. Scores recorded as notes are readable by a colleague, or by you on another machine.
A REDESIGNED SETTINGS DRAWER
Settings open in their own panel instead of pushing the candidate card down the page.
ONE BEHAVIOUR CHANGE, WORTH READING
"Record score & rationale to an admin note" is now OFF by default and must be switched on. If you had never touched that setting, you were getting notes and will now stop until you enable it. This is deliberate — it writes an AI assessment onto a candidate's permanent record — but it is a real change, not a bug.
Also: AI Match can now be minimized while it runs, and the run keeps going.

WHO IT'S FOR
──────────────────────────────────────
Recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams who review candidates in Greenhouse and want to move through a pipeline faster — with sharper decisions, better-organized tags, and an optional AI second opinion.

WHAT YOU GET
──────────────────────────────────────
AI CANDIDATE SCORING (BRING YOUR OWN KEY)
• A 0–100 match score with a short rationale and a per-criterion breakdown — a decision against your own bar, not a gut call.
• Use your own API key from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), or Google (Gemini). Scoring stays off until you add a key and give consent.
• Per-job scoring criteria: the job description auto-pulls from the live role, and you add need-to-haves, hard dealbreakers, and soft negatives so scores reflect what the role actually needs.
• Check those criteria before you spend anything: the criteria check reports concrete rewrites, not advice, and applies only what you tick.
• Auto-tag rules per job — a strong-match tag, a low-match tag, and up to five plain-English rules of your own that tag on what a score can't see, without moving the score.
• Optionally record the score and rationale to a private, admin-only Greenhouse note. Off by default; see the data section below before turning it on.
KNOW THE CANDIDATE FAST
• Keyword highlighting: type the skills and terms you're screening for and they light up everywhere they appear — on the review page and inside the résumé PDF — each keyword its own color, no downloads.
• A live tray shows which of your terms a candidate is missing, so ten skills typed in gives an instant read without reading the whole résumé.
• Open their full activity feed (notes, emails, and stage changes, filterable) or a compact timeline right from the card.
• See the date applied up front, and find their LinkedIn even from a partial link on the page or one buried in the résumé — with a docked profile popup that follows you as you advance.
QUICK NOTES
• Write a note onto the candidate's record from the panel, or from their profile page — no tab-switching, no scrolling to a sidebar.
• Admin-only by default, matching Greenhouse's own note box; one click shares it with the hiring team, and the panel remembers which you chose.
• Ctrl+Enter (⌘+Enter on a Mac) saves. If a save fails, your text stays exactly where it is.
• Notes that need to @mention a colleague still belong in Greenhouse's own box — that is the one thing this composer doesn't do.
TAG AUTOPILOT — BULK, TAG-DRIVEN DISPOSITIONING
• Bucket a stage's candidates by your quick-tags, then handle each group its own way.
• Every group has two independent switches — Reject this group, and Send a message — so one run c…
