Grasshopper Assistant

Grasshopper Chrome Assistant brings your Grasshopper orders into a Chrome side panel, so you can answer order questions without switching tabs. A Grasshopper account is required. Sign in with your Grasshopper server address, username and password. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Search any order by order ID, PO or sales order number - See order details at a glance: status, service level, shipper, delivery date, time window and manifest - Drop-off contact: open the address in Google Maps, call, or email the customer with the order number pre-filled in the subject - Items with pickup details and photos, plus the order's full photo gallery - Read internal notes, see the latest customer notes, and add a customer note - Open the order in the Grasshopper web app in one click AUTO-SEARCH Set your order number prefix, PO formats or your own patterns. When you view an email, portal or spreadsheet that contains matching numbers, up to 5 appear as tiles in the panel. Click one to open the order. Page text is scanned on your device and never sent anywhere. Your Grasshopper site is excluded automatically, and you can exclude other sites too. PRIVACY The extension talks only to the Grasshopper server you sign in to. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties. Questions or ideas?
