Give every Instagram conversation a next step. GramFather brings your contacts, notes, saved replies, and follow-up workflows into the place you already work. Open the overlay on Instagram, see the relationship behind a profile, and keep your next move close at hand. With your GramFather account, you can: - Organize contacts, tags, notes, pipeline stages, and next moves in your CRM. - Prepare saved replies and AI suggestions in your brand voice. - Review reply drafts and manage outreach to selected people, including Follow + DM workflows. - Configure follow, engagement, and comment-reply workflows for your connected account. - Plan photo, carousel and Reel content in the scheduler, and review recorded activity, analytics and follower changes. - Check your connected account, workflow status, activity limits, and pause controls. The extension and web portal share your GramFather sign-in. Resellers can manage the customer accounts included in their plan through the portal. Getting started: Install GramFather, sign in to your GramFather account, and open Instagram in the same Chrome profile. Choose the workflows you want to enable. Browser-based jobs require Chrome and an authenticated Instagram tab to be available. An optional background tab supports those jobs. Review and control: Saved replies and overlay suggestions can be inserted into Instagram's composer for your review. Outreach and automated-reply features provide review controls for recipients and message content. Review and automatic modes vary by workflow; check each workflow's settings before activation. Pause controls stop automated Instagram actions. Inbox choice and AI: Inbox synchronization has a separate choice. When enabled, relevant participants, message text, and recent conversation history are copied to your GramFather workspace for CRM context and reply detection. This approved synchronization can continue while automation is paused. You can turn it off separately; previously saved data remains until deleted. AI-assisted features send relevant content and brand instructions through GramFather to the configured AI provider. See the Privacy Policy for the data categories, providers, and deletion options. Follower summaries: Follower tracking includes a daily email summary of recorded follower changes. These summaries are enabled by default once tracking starts and can be turned off in Follower Tracker settings. They may include follower names, usernames, profile links and images, counts, and campaign attribution. Account and plan: Core functionality requires a paid GramFather account or an account issued under an applicable reseller plan.
